A complete guide to NTSA’s digital license process via the TIMS portal

2. What You Need Before Applying

3. Step-by-Step Application Process
Step 1: Create or Log In to Your TIMS Account
Visit the NTSA TIMS portal and:
- Click “Register” if you don’t have an account
- Choose “Individual”
- Enter your ID serial number, mother’s maiden name, KRA PIN, and phone number
- Verify via SMS code and set your password
Step 2: Apply for the Smart DL

- Click on “Driving License”

- Report to the police and get an OB number
- Log in to TIMS and apply for a duplicate Smart DL
